To help keep their remote workers connected and engaged, Manulife needed to drive employee engagement, promote health and wellness, and tie into their existing Ride for Heart sponsorship.
MOUSE Marketing created an interactive virtual game show for employees who are presently working from home called Manulife’s Got Heart. The in-studio virtual event production consisted of impactful video content, a special message from the CMO, and a game show with trivia questions that reinforced the importance of heart health and wellness. Employees answered a series of questions in real-time on their smartphones. The live virtual host inside the game show studio helped keep morale sky-high and the winners of each round won health-related prizes including; Sport Chek or Sports Expert gift certificates and a new Apple watch with heart health notifications.
Employees were surprised and delighted and participation was a step up from the previous years.
