A Unique CRM Experience

LOOK WHO’S LAUGHING NOW – We helped Spinach connect with comedy lovers by tapping into the largest comedy network and creating the perfect opportunity for people to sign up, and get unexpectedly introduced to the brand.

The program consisted of engaging comedy fans at the Just for Laughs box office. Each customer who signed up on the spot through a digital CRM app was given a special VIP Fastpass to jump the line with access into an exclusive VIP lounge. JFL customers were absolutely thrilled when they walked the green carpet and into a fully immersive brand experience filled with engaging installations, and even a giant vegetable garden with an “eggplant photo moment” that made you laugh.  Upon entrance, each guest received a complimentary cocktail with a DIY interactive (moving conveyer belt) condiment station filled with fresh garden ingredients.

Each consumer walked away with a laugh, a complimentary drink, product education, a marketing brochure, and a memorable brand experience.  The CRM database continues to allow for follow-up marketing.
